All items are thoroughly checked for perfect condition pre sending. Items will always be packaged appropriately.
Should you need to request an exchange or refund you must contact HBBW within 2 days of receiving your purchase.
We will then send you a “Returns/Exchange Form” to be completed which will include your order number and reasons for return.
Your request will be assessed and advice will be given in regards.
All refunds and exchanges must be returned in original packaging and unopened.
1. Faulty Items
In the case that you happen to receive a faulty item you must make contact within 2 days of receiving the product via email info@hairbeautybarberwise.com.au
Return instructions will be sent to you along with an authority to return the form.
HBBW takes no responsibility for items being returned until received by HBBW.
